ByteGrid offers four levels of participation that afford every Partner the opportunity to participate in this program based upon their own blend of industry knowledge, technical expertise, market penetration and customer reach.

We reward Partners accordingly based upon their desired participation levels. Regardless of which level you choose, ByteGrid guarantees each Partner will receive the same level of sales and customer support.

Navigator

  • Referral Partner only
  • Minimum level of participation and requires the least involvement from the Partner
  • Partner simply provides ByteGrid with a company name, contact, and a high level description of the opportunity

Engineer

  • Referral Partner / Trusted Customer Advisor
  • Requires participation from Partner in the sales process acting in an advisory role
  • Provides guidance and support to both the Customer and ByteGrid and makes recommendations during the sales process
  • ByteGrid leads sales process, owns the discovery & solution development process and maintains an independent relationship with the prospect

Pilot

  • Trusted Advisor / Technology Consultant / Customer Advocate
  • Requires greater involvement from the Partner in the sales process
  • Acts in a technology advisory role while providing guidance to both the Customer and ByteGrid and making recommendations to both parties
  • ByteGrid leads sales process but shares the responsibility with partner regarding discovery, solution development, and budgetary recommendations
  • ByteGrid and Partner maintain a cooperative relationship with the prospect
  • Provides guidance and support to both parties and makes recommendations during the sales process.
  • Certain Partner MMR commitment expected

  • Generous commission structure

Commander

  • Trusted Advisor / Business Consultant/ Technology Consultant / Customer Advocate
  • Requires TOTAL and complete involvement from the partner in the sales process
  • Acts in a business & technology advisory capacity while providing guidance to both the Customer and ByteGrid on all matters and make recommendations
  • Commander leads sales process but shares the responsibility with the ByteGrid sales team regarding discovery, solution development & budgetary recommendations
  • ByteGrid and Partner maintain a cooperative relationship with the prospect
  • Provides guidance and support to both parties and makes recommendations during the entire sales process.
  • Certain Partner MMR commitment expected
